La Cabra Coffee is a modern coffee company established in Aarhus, Denmark in 2012.
Today La Cabra is a widely recognised and highly acclaimed coffee roaster, that sources the highest quality green beans from around the world. La Cabra roasts coffee lightly to ensure that natural aromas and flavour notes are retained and fully developed rather than covered up by the roasting process.
After having a La Cabra cup of coffee in Japan, that changed Shiraz’s and Amir’s lives, they decided once they will open a coffee shop, they want to share La Cabra with Tel Aviv.
